Booking a car is simple: you can fill out the quote request form and once received, confirm by e-mail. No deposit or advance is required to book our service. The estimate will be complete with all the details and items regarding the transfer or service you have requested.
Of course! We carry out daily rental services with driver to and from the airports of Milan. The service is carried out from Malpensa airport to any desired destination. We carry out transfers between Milan to Linate and Milan to Orio al Serio. All our transfers to and from the airports are listed on the services page.
Not really, they look alike but they are two different things. The private rental service with driver takes place through the choice and booking of the car that best suits your needs with a professional driver in a suit and tie at your disposal for the entire duration of the service. A public service such as the taxi, on the other hand, can be taken directly from the parking area dedicated to them, as well as the bus, the tram, etc. or by phoning the relevant company. Furthermore, when you book a taxi, you cannot know which car the ride will take place in.
All rates are expressed in Euros (excluding VAT) unless otherwise specified.
For payments we accept cash and major credit cards and debit cards.
Each of our vehicles is equipped with a POS-GPRS system enabled for all the main national and international circuits, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSi, American Express and Diners.
Traveler’s checks are not accepted.
The transfer is paid at the time of pick up directly to the driver.
The full amount of the transfer can be paid in advance by paypal. In this case, it is sufficient to send a request via email and the link to our paypal account on which to make the payment will be communicated via email. Or pay a deposit and the balance upon pick up.
Of course. A deposit can be paid for the transfer booked through paypal, while the balance will be paid at the time of pick up.
We always monitor the flight number or the train number you have communicated in order to better organize your arrival, in all cases any delays can be communicated by email, sms, whatsapp, etc.
Upon confirmation of the service, all the information and your data are recorded. You will be notified of the driver’s name and his mobile telephone number to contact in case of need.
Upon your arrival, the assigned driver will be recognizable by a sign bearing your name or your company logo. In the case of an appointment in outdoor places, the sign will be displayed and clearly visible on the vehicle used for the service.
It has never happened, but in the exceptional case of an inconvenience like this, you can always count on our technical support, even if, once all the passengers on your flight have disembarked and exited the gate, in case you haven’t met, it is the driver himself who will take care of contacting you to meet you.
The driver and the vehicle will be at the airport or at the station at the established time of arrival, we always monitor the incoming flights and trains from the office so that we can rearrange the pick up in case of delays. In any situation you will still have the peace of mind and the certainty of finding us waiting for you even in the event of prolonged delays without having to pay anything more.
The Meet and Greet takes place with a sign bearing your name or company logo.
If the quantity of luggage is greater than that allowed by the capacity of the vehicle’s trunk, please notify us in advance so that we can organize transport in the best way.
Of course. It may happen that luggage is lost. In the event of this unpleasant inconvenience and you don’t want to or can’t wait for the delivery times guaranteed by the airport service, our drivers can organize the recovery of your lost luggage directly and deliver it to the address you provided, directly agreeing the costs and conditions.
Yes, all our drivers speak English. However, if a different language is required, it is possible to request the presence of an interpreter on board. This service requires an advance booking of at least 15 days and involves an extra charge on the transfer price.
There are no stops during the transfer (unless you have specifically scheduled them when booking) however, if it is necessary to make a stop along the way (eg: pharmacy, supermarket, etc.) you can consult your driver and agree where do you want to stop.
Absolutely no. The booked service is exclusive and entirely dedicated, therefore the transfer takes place in all the ways requested during the booking phase.
